This article will walk you through how to upload and delete assets.
Uploading Assets in the Asset Manager
To upload files to your Asset Manager, perform the following:
Navigate to the Assets screen within your Advertiser and click the Upload Files button on the upper right-hand side of the Asset Manager.
Select the file or files from your local hard drive that you wish to upload.
* You may also upload assets directly from your desktop by dragging them into the asset manager.
There is no limit to how many assets you can upload (examples: .jpg, .png, .svg, .gif). You can also upload video files (examples: .mp4, .mov, .ogg, .flv, .avi, .ogv, and .webm).
Uploading Assets in the Builder
If you need to upload an asset while working in the ad builder, you can also upload your asset(s) within this interface.
Click on the Landscape icon
The Assets screen will display:
From here, click on the bottom left Upload icon and upload your asset(s).
NOTE: It may take some time to upload very large files, they may not instantly appear in the library. A notification window on the lower right hand side of the screen will provide details on the upload.
To delete creative elements from the library, navigate to the Asset screen and locate the file(s) you wish to delete and select:
With the mouse, hover over the files(s) and click the Trash icon.
NOTE: This action is irreversible; Adventive cannot recover contents inadvertently deleted.
Search for Assets
Searching for an asset:
Click on the Search bar and type in your asset name:
Creating a New Folder
Click New Folder before uploading the asset(s) you wish to save in the folder. Add a name for the folder.
Searching for a folder:
Under the New Folder button you will see all of your folders in alphabetical order – just use the scroll bar to see all.
NOTE: Deleting a folder will delete all assets in it and is irreversible; Adventive cannot recover contents inadvertently deleted.
